Daniel practices various aspects of technology related commercial law, including privacy, information security and intellectual property. He specializes in complex issues in the areas of privacy and cybersecurity, commercialization and use of databases, software development and licensing, and internet and communication laws.

Daniel advises both Israeli and foreign technology-based companies from inception to maturity in their privacy compliance and data protection matters under Israeli or foreign regulations such as the GDPR and the CCPA. He also advises on commercial transactions and engagements, including, intellectual property exploitation, licensing, development, distribution and related frame agreements and the impact of such on corporate transactions.

Prior to joining H-F & Co., Daniel worked as an associate in the Cyber, Data-Protection and Privacy practice of one of the largest full-service law firms in Tel Aviv.

In addition to his work as an associate with our firm, Daniel also serves as a teaching assistant in the International Business Negotiations course at the Arison School of Business, Reichman University (IDC Herzliya).
