Racheli represents start-ups and mature technology companies in various industries, as well as Israeli and foreign venture capital funds, and has experience in a diverse range of transactions, including corporate financings. Racheli also advises domestic and international technology companies, venture capital firms, and private equity funds on investment transactions, M&A transactions and general ongoing corporate matters.

Prior to joining H-F & Co., Racheli served as an associate in another leading firm in Israel, focusing on corporate and commercial law.
