H-F & Co.’s labor team has a broad range of expertise in all matters related to employment and labor laws. Our team handling complex labor and employment matters both on an on-going basis and on transaction-specific issues, including M&A, IPO, equity investments and organizational changes, and advising local and international start-up companies, Israeli and foreign venture capital funds, senior level executives and directors.

 

We are representing and advising our clients in all stages of growth from start-ups and mature technology companies, in all employment related aspects, including employment agreements, services agreements, recruitment and placement agreements, reorganization, termination processes, labor-related non-compete and IP matters, prevention of sexual harassment, code of conduct and other employee policies and procedures.

 

Our team advise on all aspects of designing and implementing employee and executive benefits and compensation plans. We specialize in consulting regarding adaptation of HR policies and employee manuals for multinational companies to Israeli law and advising in structuring executive compensation arrangements, including MBO transactions. Among that, we specialize in international relocation processes, including advising regarding special benefits packages.

 

Our labor practice includes advising in wide range of termination processes and separation settlements, both for employees and executives. We have extensive experience in representing employers and employees disputes in court and before other regulatory bodies, representing clients on labor litigation in all instances, especially in complex non-competition and non-solicitation issues, assessing risks and strategies in order to minimize exposures and possible litigation.
