Yonatan’s practice focuses on corporate tech-transactions. Yonatan represents and advises domestic and international technology companies, venture capital firms and private equity funds in a variety of engagements, including corporate structuring activities, investment transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Yonatan joined H-F & Co. as an associate after having completed his internship at the firm.
