Dana advises technology start-ups and their founders, in a broad range of tech-sectors including internet, media, software, enterprise software, e-commerce, big data, communication and information technology; from inception through financing and commercial growth and until  exit. Dana also advises Israeli and foreign venture capital funds, angel investors and individual entrepreneurs.
Dana’s practice includes mergers, acquisitions and asset sale transactions, private equity financing, convertible loans; venture lending and other debt financing, commercial transactions and general ongoing corporate matters.
