Harel is a senior associate attorney in the firm’s High-Tech Commercial/IP department, representing global technology companies from early stages through to maturity, with a focus on complex commercial transactions, cross-border activities, intellectual property rights, data and international privacy regulations. Harel’s practice areas include software and data licensing, SaaS/cloud platforms, e-commerce, fintech, cyber security, MaaS, IOT, and legal-tech.

Harel is an experienced international attorney with a demonstrated history of success specializing in high-tech commercial law. Having practiced law in both the United States and Israel, Harel has developed significant cross-border experience counseling a wide array of unique clients with diverse goals and legal needs.

Prior to joining H-F & Co., Harel worked as an associate in the commercial department of a leading Tel Aviv law firm and has also served as seconded in-house legal counsel to some of Israel’s leading companies. Prior to his return to Israel, Harel practiced as a successful litigator representing major corporations in contested commercial litigation in Florida courts.

Harel holds Bachelor and Juris Doctorate degrees from the University of Florida, focusing on commercial and corporate law.
