Nitzan advises both Israeli and foreign technology-based companies in their commercial transactions, including, intellectual property exploitation, licensing, development, strategic alliances, joint ventures, as well as privacy compliance and data protection matters.

Prior to joining H-F & Co., Nitzan worked as an associate in the commercial IP department of a leading law firm focusing on corporate and commercial law.
