Lee’s practice focuses on corporate tech-transactions. Lee advises domestic and international technology companies, venture capital firms and private equity funds on investment transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining H-F & Co., Lee served as an associate in another leading firm in Israel focusing on corporate and commercial law.
