Maayan practices international and domestic tax law. She advises Israeli and foreign corporations and individuals in large-scale transactions, group restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. Maayan also provides advice with respect to ongoing corporate tax matters, inter-company agreements, equity-based plans and personal taxation, and assists in various negotiations and administrative proceedings vis-à-vis the Israel Tax Authority.

Prior to joining H-F, Maayan completed her internship in one of Israel’s leading tax law firms, and was a Senior Associate at the domestic and international tax department of PwC Israel.

In addition, Maayan is a Certified Public Accountant who served as a teaching assistant at Tel-Aviv University.
