Sari practice focuses on corporate and international tax. She is involved in advising Israeli and global high-tech companies on a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and complex investment structures. She also assists in providing legal advice on corporate tax matters, including the tax aspects of corporate restructurings, inter-company agreements, and equity-based incentive plans. Additionally, she is involved in representing corporations before the Israel Tax Authority in connection with tax rulings and complex assessments.
