Yana advises both Israeli and foreign technology-based companies in their commercial transactions, including, intellectual property exploitation, licensing, development, strategic alliances, joint ventures, and related frame agreements, as well as privacy compliance and data protection matters.

Prior to joining H-F & Co., Yana worked as an associate in the corporate department of a leading law firm focusing on corporate and commercial law.
