Guy concentrates his practice on corporate and commercial law. Guy represents and advises both Israeli and foreign high-tech companies in a variety of engagements, including early stage transactions, venture capital and private equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring activities and commercial agreements.

Guy joined H-F & Co. as an associate, after having completed his internship at the firm.
