Suf practices labor law and handles matters relating to both individual and collective labor law, including employment agreements, services agreements, prevention of sexual harassment, employee policies and procedures, termination of employment, non-compete and confidentiality obligations, as well as other labor-related matters. Suf provides ongoing legal counseling, advises on transaction-specific issues, and also represents employers and senior employees in labor litigation procedures.

Prior to joining H-F & Co., Suf served as an intern and as an associate in leading firms in Israel focusing on labor law.
